Mainland Rum explores the range of spirits being made on American soil. Founded by Seth Benhaim in May 2025, the independent bottling company brings selected domestic rums together under one label, with age-stated, single-cask releases from California, Florida, Georgia and Louisiana.
Origin is central to the story. Sugar source, distillation year, state and barrel details help drinkers understand what makes each selection distinctive. Bottled at cask strength, the aged releases offer a direct way to explore the influence of the distiller, the cask and the place. Mainland’s growing range also includes an undiluted Still Strength White Rum from Minnesota.
